Returns-
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, a 15% restocking fee will be charged unless your item was damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item was damaged or defective there will not be a 15% handling charge applied. Before any items are returned you will need to contact us so we can send you an RMA for your return. We will send a return shipping label for Items that were damaged or defective otherwise you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Refund-
Once your item has been delivered to us we will inspect the item and determine if the item is eligible for a full refund.
