Once done, send it along with a copy of a California ID verifying you are at least 21 years of age. (USPS requires this) If we do not receive the ID, signed Notice and Priority Shipping Service chosen before checkout we will need to cancel your order. If a package is returned to us because the recipient is under 21 or no one is home to receive the package, the Priority Shipping Fee will not be refunded.
